摘　　要：地方高校科研工作绩效对推动地方经济、科技、教育、文化的发展有着十分重要作用。在深入分析地方高校科研团队绩效的影响因素基础上,提出优化科研团队结构、加强团队带头人的培育与引进、制定科研团队的考核机制、加强科研团队文化建设等提高地方高校科研团队绩效的构建措施。Performance on scientific research at local colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development of local economy, science and technology, education and culture. Based on in-depth analysis of the influence factors of scientific research team performance at local colleges and universities, this paper puts forward countermeasures for constructing scientific research team with better performance, such as optimizing research team structure, strengthening the cultivation and introduction of team leaders, establishing evaluation mechanism for research team and strengthening culture construction in research team.
