摘 要:对分子结构产品质量进行直接预测与优化是工业界迫切需要解决的技术难题。围绕分子结构产品质量指标,面向多产品生产序列决策和切换策略优化,基于过程系统的严格机理模型以及动态优化的完全离散化求解方法,阐述需完成的研究任务。在分析相应动态问题特性的基础上,提出了过程系统模拟、模型修正和切换优化方面存在的研究难点及蕴含的科学问题,概述了相关的研究方法与成果。最后展望了该动态优化问题在构造、分析和求解方面的研究发展。Prediction and optimization of product qualities related to molecular structure is a technical problem needed to be addressed. Based on the rigorous process model and simultaneous dynamic optimization strategies, research tasks were presented around the optimization of sequencing decisions and grade transitions with molecular structure quality measurement taken into account. Topics and difficulties were discussed in dynamic simulation, model revision, and transition optimization, and results of related research work were presented as well. At the end of this paper, possible development was proposed for the research on this dynamic problem in its formulation, analysis, and solution.
