摘　　要：在介绍TB/T 3336—2013《电力机车网侧柜》制定背景的基础上,叙述标准的主要内容与制定原则,解析标准中环境条件、高压安全联锁、过电压类别和污染等级、绝缘性能等相关重要参数的选择,并提出标准实施建议。Based on the background of formulating standard TB/T 3336—2013 ＂Line Side Cubicle for Electric Locomotive＂, the authors expound the main content and formulation principles of the standard, explain the selection of the main parameters such as environmental conditions, high voltage safety interlock, overvoltage classification,pollution level,insulation performance,etc,and give proposal for the implementation of this standard.
