摘　　要：目的:总结腹腔镜在腹部开放性损伤中的应用体会,以供临床参考。方法:选择2011年1月至2013年9月我院收治的腹部开放性损伤患者52例作为研究对象,均采用腹腔镜进行诊断和治疗,观察临床诊断和治疗效果。结果:所有患者均在腹腔镜下明确诊断,并进行评估伤情,其中8例患者免于手术处理,36例患者在腹腔镜下完成手术,8例患者及时行开腹手术。所有患者经治疗后均痊愈出院,未发生一例死亡病例。结论:腹腔镜在腹部开放性损伤的诊断和治疗中具有重要作用,可避免盲目性开腹,多数患者在腹腔镜下可完成治疗,术中需严格把握中转开腹手术的时机。Objective：To summarize the experience of laparoscopy in the open abdominal injury, for future clinical reference. Methods：Choose 52 cases with open abdominal injury from 2011 January to 2013 September in our hospital as the research object, adopt laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment, observe the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Results：All patients in the laparoscopic diagnosis, and evaluation of trauma, including 8 cases of patients from operation treatment, 36 patients received laparoscopic operation, 8 patients underwent open operation timely. All the patients were cured after treatment discharge, there was not a death cases. Conclusion：Laparoscopic plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of the open abdominal injury, can avoid the blindness of open, most patients can be treated under laparoscopy laparotomy operation, during laparoscopy laparotomy operation should strictly control the timing of open operation.
