硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的临床疗效。方法:选择86例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者为研究对象,随机分为常规治疗的对照组患者及硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗的观察组患者。比较两组患者接受治疗前后的甲状腺功能指标及血清甲状腺自身抗体水平等差异。结果:观察组患者接受治疗后的F3、F4值明显高于对照组患者,TSH值明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者接受治疗前的甲状腺自身抗体水平无明显差异组患者(P<0.05)。结论:硒酵母辅助优甲乐可以有效改善桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者的病情。Objective：To assist a Youle the therapeutic effect in the treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism of selenium yeast. Methods：Thyroid function in 86 cases of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis hypothyroidism patients were divided into the conventional treatment control group and selenium yeast with euthyrox treatment observation group, compared two groups of patients before and after the treatment of thyroid function index, serum level of thyroid autoantibodies differences Results：The patients in the observation group after treatment of F3, F4 was significantly higher than the patients in the control group, TSH was significantly lower than in control group （P〈0.05）; no significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment, the levels of thyroid autoantibodies （P〉0.05）, after treatment, patients in the observation group, the serum TG-Ab level of TPO-Ab was significantly lower than the control groups of patients （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The selenium yeast accessory Euthyrox can effectively improve the Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism patients.
