摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤日间病房膀胱内灌注流程的优化,缩短病员就诊时间,提高满意度。方法:原来流程存在弊端,优化流程,针对原有流程的繁琐与薄弱环节,广泛搜集病员的意见或建议,协调门诊与肿瘤日间病房的合作,对原有的流程实施优化。推行膀胱灌注预约制。结果:明显缩短就诊时间,患者满意度大幅提高达99%。定期开展膀胱灌注座谈会,积极听取意见和建议,不断加强改进,提高满意度。通过流程优化,满足了病员的及时就诊、治疗的需要。结论:应用流程优化使整个医疗就诊及护理过程规范化,完整化,这样可以有效避免工作中的疏忽和遗漏,减少安全隐患,大大提高工作效率。Objective：To investigate the optimal perfusion flow of bladder tumor at day care ward, shorten the treatment time of patients, improve the satisfaction.Methods：The original process defects, process optimization, and the weak link in the original process cumbersome, collecting the opinions or suggestions, coordination of outpatient and tumor day ward cooperation, implementation of the optimization of the original process. Implementation of intravesical instillation of appointment.Results：Significantly shorten the treatment time, patient satisfaction increased up to 99%.
