摘  要:选用两个基因来源不同的水稻核不育系 ,通过有性杂交在基因重组后代中 ,选择不育性表现与双亲不同的新类型核不育系 .这类核不育系的育性转换不受温度或光照单因子影响 ,而是由温敏和光敏两个非等位基因共同控制 ,在不育期异常低温天气不会影响其育性波动 ,只有在短日照和低温两个条件都满足要求时 ,控制花粉发育的启动子才被启动 ,育性逐渐平稳地由不育转化为可育 .在制种季节由于不育性受两个非等位基因共同控制 ,起到了双保险作用 ,从而确保了制种的绝对安全 ,这种重组型光温敏核不育系 。Two genic sterile line from different sources were slected as parents for hybridization to recmbine genes. In the recomining progenies,those new type genic mate sterile lines performed differences from parents in sterilities were selected out. Sterility transfromation was not affectde by any single factor.While sterilities were controlled by both thermo and photo sensitive genes which were non- allele. Fluctuating sterilities have not been found in male sterile period while temperature was extremely low. Fertililty transformations were obtained in both shorter photoperiod and lower temperature.Thus,hybrid seed production is puite secure under the control of the two genes which performes the effects for double insurances. these genic male sterile lines and practicable in two- line hybrid production.
