摘　　要：目的：探讨应用拇指背桡侧神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复拇指末端软组织缺损的疗效。方法2010年1月-2012年6月，对12例拇指末端软组织缺损患者采用拇指背桡侧神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复。结果术后12例皮瓣血运良好，全部成活。术后随访6～12个月，皮瓣质地、肤色良好，外观及感觉功能恢复满意。结论拇指背桡侧神经营养血管皮瓣具有解剖恒定，不牺牲重要血管，切取方便，技术容易掌握，皮瓣较薄，皮瓣质地、肤色良好，能恢复皮瓣感觉功能等优点，是修复拇指末节软组织缺损的可靠方法。Objective To observe the clinical results of dorsal thumb radial neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap for treatment of thumb distal phalanx soft tissue defect. Methods The dorsal thumb radial neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap was used to repair the thumb distal phalanx soft tissue defect in 12 cases from Jan. 2010 to Jun. 2012. Results All flaps got abundant blood supply after operation, and all survived well. One of the flaps turned dark red and formed blister 1 day after the operation. Partial sutures around the vascular pedicle were removed immediately, and the blood supply became better. All cases were followed up for 6～12 months. These flaps had excellent texture and blood supply, and the appearance and the sensation of these flaps were satisfied. Conclusion The anatomy of dorsal thumb radial neurocutaneous vasotrophic island flap was constant. It doesn＇t abandon other essential arteries and doesn＇t need vascular anastomosis during the operation. It is an ideal method for the treatment of thumb distal phalanx soft tissue defect, because of the advantages of high survival rate, fine appearance, good sensation, and easy operation.
