平顶山市儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率抽样调查

摘　　要：目的了解平顶山市常住儿童免疫规划疫苗接种情况。方法按容量比例概率抽样法（Probabilityproportional to size,PPS）在每个县（市）区随机抽取2个乡（镇、街道）预防接种门诊,对420名2～3岁的适龄儿童进行入户调查。结果建卡率为100%,建证率为100%,预防接种信息系统使用率为96.90%;证、卡以及信息系统符合率为71.19%。接种证和预防接种信息系统抽查接种率较高,尤其是基础免疫疫苗（卡介苗BCG、乙型肝炎HepB、脊髓灰质炎OPV、百白破DPTa、含麻疹成份疫苗MCV1、A群流行性脑脊髓膜炎MPV1、流行性乙型脑炎JEV1）的初次合格接种率均超过了95%,但国家扩大免疫规划新增的疫苗和加强免疫接种率比较低。因接种记录不符合规定所占比例最高为83.26%（577剂次）。结论平顶山市常住儿童免疫规划疫苗报告接种率真实可靠,基础免疫接种率达到了较高水平,应采取措施进一步提高预防接种的工作质量。Objective To understand the vaccination coverage of expanded program on immunization among local children aged 2~3 years in Pingdingshan.Methods According to a cluster survey,two vaccination township clinics were randomly selected from each county and 420 children aged 2~3 years were surveyed household by household.Results All children surveyed had their own immunization cards and certificates,the utilization rate of vaccination information system was96.90%,and coincident rate of the cards with immunization certificates was 71.19%and 83.26%of the the vaccination records were not unqualified（577times）.The qualification rates of vaccination certificate and the vaccination rate were higher,especially initial qualified vaccination rate（BCG,HepB,OPV,DPTa,MCV1,MPV1,JEV1） were over 95%.But the vaccination rate of new vaccines in expanded program on immunization and booster immunization rate were relatively low.Conclusion The coverage rate of expand program on immunization among local children in Pingdingshan is high..The measures should be taken to improve the quality of the vaccination work.
