摘  要:对高填特种纸浆料的助滤系统进行了优化研究,考查了助剂种类、用量、搅拌转速、反应时间对高填高定量特种纸浆料滤水性能的影响。首先通过单因素实验筛选出最佳助滤系统,为3#CPAM+高支化PAM系统;然后采用响应面中心组合设计优化了该系统的使用工艺条件,得出了实验模型并对其进行了验证。验证结果发现,模型值与实验值吻合。因此,可通过该模型计算得出最佳工艺条件的编码值,CPAM用量、搅拌转速、反应时间、高支化PAM用量编码值的计算结果分别为0.3、1、-2.3、0.2,对应的真实值分别为0.016%、1000 r/min、21 s及0.032%,相应的比过滤阻力为6.9 cm/g。The effects of chemicals type, dosage, stirring speed and reaction time on drainage property (SRF) of a highly-filled specialty paper stock were studied. A preferred drainage aid system was first selected based upon the results from single factor experiments. The applica- tion conditions of the preferred drainage aid system were then optimized through experimental regression model with central composite design of response surface method. A mathematical model describing the relationship between SFR and the four factors mentioned above was established from experimental data. Subsequent verification indicated that the calculated SFR values from the mathematical model were in good agreement with the experimental values. Therefore, it could be concluded that the established model was of good use in predicting drainage property of the highly-filled stock under a chosen application conditions.
