儿童落叶型天疱疮1例

摘　　要：患儿女,12岁。全身红斑、水疱、鳞屑伴瘙痒5个月,再发加重1个月。组织病理及直接免疫荧光确诊为落叶型天疱疮。泼尼松20mg/d联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,患儿皮疹消退。A 12-year-old girl presented with generalized erythematous macules, vesicles and crust with itch for 5 months and aggravating for one month. Histopathology of the skin specimens and direct immunofluorescence was compatible with pemphigus foliaceus. The patient was improved with 20mg/d prednisolone with compound glyeyrrhizin tablets.
