银屑病的中西医结合治疗策略

摘　　要：目的总结近年来西医、中医、中西医结合的银屑病治疗研究进展,并侧重描述中西医结合治疗新策略,如关注患者心理健康、社会支持、健康教育和提高患者生活质量等。方法通过对中西医治疗银屑病的中外文献研究进行总结分析得出近年来的研究成果。结果近年来中西医结合治疗银屑病研究进展较快,而中西医结合新策略(如关注患者心理健康、社会支持、健康教育和提高患者生活质量等)可以取得更好的效果。结论中西医结合治疗新策略是今后银屑病治疗研究的新方向。Objective To summarize research advances in western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, integrated traditional Chinese-western medicine and psychotherapy in recent years for treating psoriasis, with emphases on integrated traditional Chinese-western medicine and psychotherapy. Methods Search for publications and materials in both China and foreign countries regarding psoriasis therapy, then scrutinize and review these recent advances. Results Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine obtained some achievements in recent years, and integrated traditional Chinese-western medicine and psychotherapy can produce better results. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese-western medicine and psychotherapy are the promising new directions for psoriasis therapy strategies.
