安徽进口鸡群禽白血病感染状况的调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解禽白血病病毒在安徽辖区进口鸡群中的感染情况。[方法]随机采集1日龄胎粪、不同日龄段泄殖腔棉拭子检测禽白血病病毒群特异性p27抗原、采集血清检测ALV-AB及J亚型抗体,收集种蛋检测蛋清p27抗原。[结果]祖代蛋鸡1日龄胎粪和200日龄泄殖腔棉拭子p27抗原的阳性率分别为18.2%、45%、4.5%、15%;种蛋蛋清p27抗原全为阴性,父母代蛋鸡180日龄泄殖腔棉拭子和种蛋清p27抗原的阳性率分别为21.9%、10%;祖代和父母代蛋鸡ALV-J抗体全为阴性,ALV-AB抗体阳性率分别为9%、10%、28.1%。祖代肉鸡泄殖腔棉拭子p27抗原阳性率分别为5%、6.7%、3.3%,种蛋蛋清p27抗原全为阴性;哈伯德鸡群ALV-J抗体为阴性,AA鸡群ALV-J抗体阳性率为20%;两个品种不同日龄肉鸡ALV-AB抗体的阳性率分别为32.5%、63.3%、80%。[结论]安徽进口鸡群中ALV-J仅AA鸡群有20%的感染率,ALV-AB的感染率分别为9%、10%、28.1%、32.5%、63.3%、80%。The research aimed to investigate the infection situations of avian leukosis virus（ALV） in import chickens of Anhui Province. The meconium of 1 day age, cloacal swabs and serum of different ages were randomly collected in these farms. They were tested for p27 antigen, ALV-AB and ALV-J subtype antibody. Collecting eggs after they began laying, p27 antigen was detected in egg white. The positive rate of p27 antigen for progenitor layer 1 day old meconium and 200 day old cloacal swab were 18.2%, 45%, 4.5%, 15%; all hatching eggs were negative for p27 detection. The positive rate of p27 antigen for parent layer 180 day old cloacal swabs and egg white were 21.9%, 10%;All the grandparent and parent layer ALV-J antibody were negative, the positive rate of ALV-AB antibody were 9%, 10%, 28.1%respectively. The positive rate of p27 antigen of chicken cloacal swab progenitor were respectively 5%, 6.7%, 3.3%, while the p27 antigen of egg white was negative. Hubbard chickens were negative to ALV-J antibody, whereas the positive rate of AA chickens was 20%. The positive rate of ALV-AB antibody for two varieties of different day old broiler were 32.5%, 63.3%, 80%. There was just 20%AA chickens infected with ALV-J in import chickens of Anhui Province, while ALV-AB infection rates were 9%, 10%, 28.1%, 32.5%, 63.3%, 80%.
