摘　　要：目的预防老年住院心血管疾病患者跌倒的发生。方法探讨适用于老年心血管疾病患者预防跌倒的方法,对护士进行系统化培训及预防患者跌倒的安全教育,制订专科特点评估表格。在评估危险因素的基础上制订针对性预防措施,并进行三级质量控制。结果提高了护士预防跌倒知识的掌握,规范了防范态度及预防护理行为(P<0.01或P<0.05);降低了患者跌倒发生率,提高了患者满意度度(P<0.05)。结论实施预防措施可以预防老年心血管疾病患者跌倒发生率、保障患者安全。Objective To prevent the oeeun＇ence of falls in elderly inpatients with cardiovascular diseases. Method Measures to prevent elderly patients with cardiovascular disease from falls included implementing systematic training and safety education of patients in nursing staff, establishing specialized assessment form,establishing specific preventive measures bases on risk factors, and using three - level quality control system. Results Knowledge, attitude, and behavior of nurses were better than before （ P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, the incidence of patient falls was decreased and patients＇ satisfaction was increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The implementation of preventive measures can prevent elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases from falls and guarantee patient safety.
