摘　　要：目的探讨跌倒危险因素评估表在老年腰椎退行性疾病患者中的应用与效果。方法按照跌倒危险因素评估表内容,在患者入院时,由责任护士进行评估,根据评估结果判定危险程度,并采取针对性的护理预防措施。结果患者跌倒发生率降低(P<0.05),对护理工作满意度提高(P<0.01)。结论在老年腰椎退行性疾病患者中应用跌倒危险因素评估表,采取针对性的护理安全预防措施可以降低患者跌倒的发生率。Objective To explore the application and effects of fall risk factors assessment form in elderly patients with lumbar degeneration diseases. Method Fall risk factors of patients in the assessment form were evaluated by nurses in charge at admission, and preventive measures were implemented according to the risk factors. Results The incidence of falls was decreased （P 〈 0.01 ） and patients satisfaction was increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Applying fall risk factors assessment form and taking preventive measures based on the risk factors can decrease the incidence of falls in elderly patients with lumbar degeneration diseases.
