摘  要:用恒电流沉积、腐蚀电位和极化电阻等方法研究了 H3PO3体系中 Ni-P合金的电沉积及其镀层的耐蚀性能 ,用 XRD、 XPS、 SEM检测了镀层的晶形、组成和表面形貌 ,探讨了沉积条件对镀层耐蚀性能的影响 .研究结果表明 :在 H3PO3体系中得到的 Ni-P合金镀层同样具有较强的耐蚀性 ,当镀层中磷的含量达7%时 ,晶形转为非晶态 ,镀层中含磷量越大 。The codeposition of nickel—phosphorus alloys in phosphorous acid system as well as their corrosion resistance in neutral sodium chloride solutions were investigated using various techniques such as electrodepositing at constant current, corrosion potential and polarization resistance, XRD, SEM and XPS. Effects of deposition condition on the corrosion resistance were discussed. The main results are as follows: The nickel—phosphorus alloys obtain from phosphorous acid system are as corrosion resistant as Ni—P coating by chemical plating. When the phosphorus content of alloys is up to 7%, a transtion occurs from crystalline to amorphous state. Codeposition condition affect the corrosion resistance of codeposits, and their corrosion resistance increase with increasing phosphorus content.
