摘　　要：随着医院绩效管理对信息化的要求,研究设计了基于Java语言开发C/S与B/S架构相结合的移动考评系统,实现医院绩效管理中主观考评指标的信息自动获取。详细介绍了移动考评系统的系统架构、功能以及在医院绩效管理中的应用。最后对该考评系统的应用效果进行了总结。该系统在医院绩效管理应用后,提高了职能部门考评的工作效率,优化了绩效管理的工作流程,保证了考评的及时性、准确性。According to the demand of hospital performance management of information,we have designed the mobile assessment system based on the C/S and B/S and realized the automatically information acquisition of the Subjective evaluation indexes.We introduce in detail the system architecture,function and application of the mobile assessment system and summarize the application effect of which.By use of the mobile assessment system the work efficiency of functional department have been improved,process of performance management been optimized and make sure the accuracy of performance management.
