摘　　要：目的:保证急诊用血流程畅通,保证临床用血和手术安全。方法:通过对急诊手术中应用输血系统进行分析,总结存在的问题,积极采取对策,包括:加强网络信号支持与人员维护;对医护人员进行输血系统知识的培训;根据不同血液的输注要求规范输血流程;增强软件设计的实用性和应急防范措施。结果:通过对输血各环节的控制与流程改进,大大提高了输血效率。结论:在急诊手术输血过程中,根据急诊手术的特点采取相应的输血流程,必要时运用紧急输血绿色通道体系抢救患者,显著提高了手术病人的抢救成功率,有效保障了病人的输血和手术安全。Objective：To guarantee the smooth process of the use of blood for emergency,and ensure the blood for clinical use and the safety of operation.Method：Through the analysis of blood transfusion system applied in the emergency operation,the existing problems are summarized and active countermeasures are taken,including strengthening the network signal support and personnel maintenance,providing the knowledge training of blood transfusion system to medical staffs,standardizing the blood transfusion process according to the infusion requirement specification of different blood and enhancing the practicability of software design and emergency and preventive measures.Results：Through control and process improvement of every link of blood transfusion,the efficiency of blood transfusion is greatly improved.Conclusion：In the process of blood transfusion in emergency operation,according to the characteristics of the emergency operation,the corresponding transfusion process is adopted.When necessary,the patients are rescued with the green channel system for emergency blood transfusion,which significantly improves the rescue success rate of operation patients,and effectively ensures the patient＇s blood transfusion and operation safety.
