摘　　要：在以病人临床信息为中心的电子病历系统逐渐在全国范围推广之后,临床决策支持(Clinical Decision Support,CDS)将会成为我国未来十年临床医疗信息化新的热点。给出了CDS的科学定义,仔细区别了临床决策支持与专家系统(Expert System,ES)。CDSS的发展应用目前尚有一系列的技术难题有待突破,包括临床规则知识表达的模型、架构与标准化;CDS干预类型的分类;构成CDS的核心结构化元素以及病人临床数据表达的标准化。美国CDSC联盟及ACDS的研究成果是介绍论述的重点,代表了这一领域的最新进展。After the electronic medical records system centered on the clinical information of patients is gradually popularized nationwide,Clinical Decision Support （CDS） will become the new hot spot of clinical medical informatization in the next decade.The scientific definition of CDS is given,and Clinical Decision Support and Expert System （ES） are carefully distinguished.The development and application of CDSS has a series of technical problem to be the solved at present,including model,architecture,and standardization of clinical rule knowledge representation; the classification of intervention type of CDS; the core structural elements constituting CDS and the standardization of clinical data representation of patients.The introduction of research achievements of American CDSC Alliance and ACDS are focused on,which represents the latest development of this field.
