摘　　要：应用信息技术,基于网络、计算机、PDA等设备,构建和实施血液净化临床信息系统,对患者、血液净化过程以及血透日常事务进行信息化管理。系统的应用实现了患者管理全面化,数据采集自动化,血液透析过程记录电子化,科室管理规范化。方便了医护人员和患者,提升了医院血液净化管理的水平,提高医疗服务质量,促进医疗安全。Applied information technology,and based on network,computer,PDA etc,constructed and used hemodialysis information system,to manage patients,the process of hemodialysis,and daily routine of department by information means.The using of hemodialysis information system realized manager patient roundly,data acquisition automatically,dialysis process record electronically,management of department standard.The application of digitized management of hemodialysis conveniences workers of hospital and patients,enhanced management level of department,imporved quality of medical service,and increased security of medical treatment.
