摘　　要：区域卫生信息平台是为支撑业务协同与数据共享而设计,用于连接区域内各类业务应用系统,实现数据互联互通和协同工作的公共服务信息平台。在构建了区域卫生信息平台后,医疗卫生服务机构间的业务协同有了基础保障。主要介绍了重庆市如何通过区域卫生信息平台发展业务协同合作,特别是对远程诊疗作重点阐述,对取得的成效与存在问题进行深入探讨。Regional health information platform is a public service information platform which designed for support business collaboration and data sharing,and it can be used to connect various business application systems in the region and achieve data interoperability and collaboration.The business collaboration between health services has the basic guarantee after a regional health information platform was built.This paper describes how to conduct business collaboration through regional health information platform in Chongqing,and discusses in depth on results achieved and problems in telemedicine.
