摘　　要：目的:探讨新医改形势下如何运用IT设计医院日间管理系统,以及建设过程中的难点及应对策略。方法:运用业务流程重组(BPR)理论,应用IT技术设计"日间管理信息系统"。结果:利用业务流程重组(BPR)的理论,创新性的开发了日间管理信息系系统,并解决了日间管理过程中碰到的问题。结论:通过构建日间病房新的合理化和信息化流程,达到了改善医疗质量、提高医疗效率和降低医疗成本,进一步扩大了日间病房的社会和经济效益。Objective：That how to design the hospital daytime management system with IT was explored under the new situation.The difficulfes and countermeasures were discussed in the construction process.Method：Appling the Business Process Reengineering （BPR） theory,the ＂Daytime management information system＂ was designed with IT.Result：Using the theory of business process reengineering,the daytime management information systems was innovatively developed and the problems encountered in the daytime management process were solved.Conclusion：By building new rationalization and information process of day ward,health care quality was improve,and the medical efficiency was increased,and the health care costs of medical was reduced.The social and economic benefits of the day ward were further expanded.
