摘　　要：随着医疗行业信息化进程的加快,医院信息孤岛问题逐渐显现,造成系统整体性能下降,影响医院业务运转。以解决医院信息孤岛问题为目标,采用SOA架构下基于Oracle BPEL技术进行医院信息系统集成方案设计,成功实现了全院多个医疗信息系统的业务流程集成,建立了稳定的医院信息集成平台。该集成方法通过对既有系统较少的改造实现数据及流程的集成,对于大部分存在异构信息系统的医院进行系统集成具有一定借鉴意义。With the fast informatization progress of medical industry the hospital information island emerges gradually,which decreases the hospital system global performance and affects the operation of hospital.Aiming to solve the hospital information island,adopting SOA framework based on Oracle BPEL technology the integration plan design for hospital information system achieves the integration of several hospital information business procedures successfully and creates a stable integration platform.In this method only a little reform to the existing system to get integration for data and procedures and gives some useful reference to most of the hospital who has heterogeneous information and needs system integration.
