摘　　要：目前使用的离线式IC卡公用电话系统在应用过程中存在着种种难以解决的问题 .本文分析和探讨利用智能网技术开发新一代公用电话系统的方法 .There are many problems in the off_line IC card payphone system used at the present time. It is very difficult to solve those problems. In this paper, the method to develop a new generation of public payphone system based on the intelligent network is analyzed and summarized.
