门诊药房“预配取号”新模式的探讨

摘　　要：在医院门诊"一卡通"流程改造中,门诊药房发药流程,先后经历了"预配候取"和"刷卡取号"这两种模式,并最终将这两种模式综合起来,摸索出一种"预配取号"新模式。通过对这几种发药模式进行分析和对比,得出药房取号是让患者由站队到坐等的必要手段,预配候取是缩短患者等候时间的有效办法,减少待发药品堆积是确保这种模式可行的有力保障。In our hospital outpatient service ＂All-in-One card＂ reengineering the outpatient pharmacy medicine process,has experienced ＂pre match time to take＂ and ＂credit card number.＂ these two kind of patterns,and finallyintegrate the two modes,find out a new mode of ＂pre match take No.＂.In this paper,through the analysis and comparison of these kinds of medicine mode,the pharmacyis to allow patients to line up to wait for the necessary means ofpre match,pending further is an effective way to shorten the waiting time for patients,reduced drugaccumulation is to ensure that this mode to guarantee feasible.
