摘　　要：现役军用发动机广泛使用可磨耗封严涂层铝氮化硼以提高工作效率,发动机使用过程中涂层可能存在腐蚀。利用电化学分析技术以及中性盐雾试验等开展涂层的腐蚀行为研究,采用SEM、XRD分析腐蚀产物形貌及成分,分析表明铝氮化硼作为阳极优先发生溶解,粘结层镍铝所受到的腐蚀破坏很小,不会发生粘结层破坏。中性盐雾腐蚀后铝氮化硼涂层表面出现类似凝胶状物质,经XRD分析产物为白色无定形物Al2O3。A1BN seal coating is widely used in aircraft engine in order to improve the efficiency, there may be the corrosion on the coating when the engine is used. Corrosion behaviors of the coating are investigated by means of electrochemical test and neutral salt spray corrosion test, while the morphology and component of the corrosion products are analyzed by the SEM and XRD. The results show that A1BN coating is the first to be dissolved as the anode, but the bond coating （NiAI） is hardly corroded, which is not breached. There is a gelatinous substance on the coating surface after neutral salt spray corrosion test, the production is the white amorphism Al2O3.
