摘　　要：目的：研究蜜柑草正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法：利用柱色谱分离技术,对蜜柑草75%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果：从蜜柑草正丁醇部位中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为：鞣花酸（1）、叶下株乙素（2）、叶下株丙素（3）、花椒素（4）、橙皮素-7-O-[（α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基（6→1）]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（5）、4-O-甲基没食子酸（6）。结论：其中,化合物2~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of n-BuOH extract from Phyllanthus matsumurae.Methods： Column chromatography was used for the isolation and purification.Spectroscopic methods including1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS were used for the identification of structures.Results： Six compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of 75% alcohol extract of the whole plant and identified as ellagic acid（ 1）,phyllanthuspermin B（ 2）,phyllanthuspermin C（ 3）,xanthoxylin（ 4）,hesperetin-7-O-[6-O-（ α-L-rhamnopy ranosyl） ]-β-D-glucopyranoside（ 5） and 4-O-methylgallic acid（ 6）.Conclusion： Compounds 2 ~ 6 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
