瑶药扁担藤乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究瑶药扁担藤乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用反复硅胶色谱、重结晶等分离方法对扁担藤乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行分离纯化,利用理化性质、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从扁担藤乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:正三十四烷酸(Ⅰ)、1-二十三烷醇(Ⅱ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ)、棕榈酸(Ⅳ)、没食子酸乙酯(Ⅴ)、香草醛(Ⅵ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate of Tetrastigma planicaule.Methods： The ethyl acetate fraction was isolated and purified by repeated silica gel chromatography and recrystallization.The structures of compounds were identified by physical-chemical methods and spectral data such as MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,etc.Results： Six compounds were identified as gheddic acid（ Ⅰ）,tricosanol（ Ⅱ）,β-sitosterol（ Ⅲ）,palmitic acid（ Ⅳ）,ethyl gallate（ Ⅴ） and vanillin（ Ⅵ）,respectively.Conclusion：Compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
