摘  要:羧甲基纤维素(CMC)被广泛应用于文化纸的表面施胶.目前市场上生产的涂布印刷纸普遍存在表面强度低、油墨吸收性大等问题,就此问题对CMC的应用进行了研究.结果表明,在涂料中加入CMC后,纸张表面强度由0.73 m/s左右提高到1.0 m/s以上,油墨吸收性由50%左右降低到40%左右,涂料黏度更加稳定,生产更加平稳.Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is widely used in culture paper surface sizing. Currently there generally exist problems for commercial coated printing paper, such as low surface strength, high ink absorbency and so on. Aimed at the problems, the qualitative research of carboxymethyl cellulose application was carried out. The results show that after addition of CMC in coating, surface strength is increased from 0.73 m/s to 1.0 m/s, and ink absorbency is reduced from about 50% to about 40%, and coating viscosity and production are more stable.
