摘 要:顶煤块度是放顶煤开采的关键,以往的块度预测方法主要是考虑节理裂隙影响的原始块度预测;而顶煤块度还与地应力及煤体的力学性质有关。以放顶煤开采的顶煤为研究对象,通过构建三维节理网络系统,对顶煤的原始块度、破断块度及放出块度的预测方法进行研究。统计分析原始构造面的空间分布状态和构造面几何参数的概率分布规律;通过Monte Carlo及破断块度修正系数模拟考虑地应力及煤体力学性质影响的三维节理网络系统;研究三维模型快速切割算法建立节理面切割的顶煤破断块度预测模型。通过提出的顶煤块度预测方法,为坚硬煤体放顶煤开采的放煤工艺过程研究提供理论和技术基础。Fragmentation of top coal plays an important role in top coal caving technology. The fragmentation prediction methods used in the past mainly focused on the joints only and aimed at the original fragmentation. Nevertheless, the fragmentation of top coal also depends on the in-situ stress and mechanical properties of coal. Top coal as a research object is took, and performed methodic study on original fragmentation, caved fragmentation and drawing fragmentation by building a three dimensional joint network. Spatial distributions of original discontinuities were analyzed to obtain probability distribution law of discontinuities' geometric parameters. Monte Carlo simulation was utilized to build three dimensional joint network considering involving the influence of in-situ stress and mechanical properties of coal by introducing and correction factor of caved fragmentation. Fast cutting algorithm of three dimensional models by joint planes was prompted to construct the original and caved fragmentation model. The fragmentation prediction method provided theoretical and technical basis for technology of top coal caving of hard coal seam.
