摘 要:为了研究互补式布浆方式下混合室内的流动特性,分析了互补式布浆方法及混合室的结构设计,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法,研究了混合室内浆料流动特性,分析了支管束横排和纵排支管间的混合效应,并对经混合室混合后的布浆效果进行了实验验证。结果表明,进入混合室的平行排管射流是一种相同直径不同流量的射流流动,从支管束横排来看,各支管射流间产生了较强的卷吸和干涉作用,使射流向中间位置偏转和集中,导致在混合室中间位置处流量较大,两边流量略小。上下对应支管间射流在混合室内也形成了强烈的卷吸、干涉,使两股不等量的射流在混合室内完成互补混合和平均。实验结果与计算结果相吻合,最大偏差仅为0.538%,优于采用单侧进浆的浆料分布,表明互补式布浆方法依靠混合室的掺混作用能够很好地实现浆料均布。In order to study flow characteristic in mixing chamber based on complementary pulp distribution model, the complementary pulp distribution method and design of mixing chamber were detailed analysed. Method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD) was used to study flow characteristic in mixing chamber where interference and mixing effect between branch pipes in ranks and rows were analysed. The experiment was carried out to verified the pulp distribution effect after mixed. The results show that the fluidic of parallel pipes in a row that entered the mixing chamber were a flow with same diameter of pipes and different mass flow. From the viewpoint of the parallel pipes in a row, between pipe and pipe the fluidic produced violent entrainment and interference effect that caused deflexion and convergence of fluidic. So in the mixing chamber the mass flow in centre position was more larger than the two sides.
