摘  要:为了在电网发生大停电事故时有效识别故障方向,文章基于基尔霍夫定律,提出了线路的电流介数指标。该指标是在输电网中潮流有向的沿所有可能路径传输的模型下建立的,同时考虑了线路可通过的最大电流值及网络的拓扑特点,与电气介数相比该指标更能体现实际电网的特点。通过对IEEE-39节点系统在不同攻击后最大传输能力的差异,表明了电流介数指标的正确性与合理性。To identify the direction of cascading failure efficiently when the power grid blackouts happen, the currentbetweenness index was proposed in this paper based on KirchhofFs laws to find out the vulnerable lines. The indexwas established under the model in which power flow transmitted alongall the possible paths, and meanwhile themaximum current and the topological characteristics of the network were also taken into account. The currentbetweenness index could reflect the characteristics of the actual power grid better than the electric betweenness. Thedifferences in the maximal transmitting capability of the IEEE39-bus system under two kinds of attack showed thecorrectness and rationality of the current betweenness index.
