摘  要:在异构无线网络环境下,移动用户总希望能够接入最满意的网络,即对用户总效用最大的网络。在已有效用函数的基础上,提出将移动终端状态与效用函数参数综合考虑,分别作为模糊推理系统(Fuzzy Inference System,FIS)的输入和输出,效用函数参数根据终端状态自适应地改变,实时地计算指标在不同状态下的效用值。通过仿真分析表明,综合考虑剩余电量与耗电量能够让用户合理地使用终端电能,同样,终端移动速度与终端和网络边缘距离的结合,使用户切换至即将离开的网络的概率减小。In heterogeneous wireless network environment,mobile users always want to access the most desired network,namely the network with the maximum total utility for the users.On the basis of the existing utility function,the mobile terminal state and the parameters of utility function are comprehensively considered,which are taken as the input and output of Fuzzy Inference System respec-tively,so the utility function parameters adaptively change with the terminal state,and the real-time utility values under different condi-tions are calculated. Simulation analysis shows that a combined consideration of the residual energy and power consumption allows a reasonable use of terminal electricity,and a combined consideration of the terminal speed and the distance between the terminal and network edge will decrease the probability that the user switches to the network that he is leaving.
