摘　　要：要对建筑工程时间上有一个有效管理,必须采用科学的计算方法,对施工工期进行精确求解。AOE-网是一个带有权的有向无环图,图上的顶点可由建筑工程每个施工工程项目表示,每个项目间实施时间要求作为图上的权值,它是计算工期的一种最有效的图形工具。采用类C++语言设计该图形工具的算法,为用计算机来求解工期提供了一种有效的方法。To have a construction time of effective management must adopt a scientific method of calculating ac- curate solution for the construction period. AOE - network is one with the right of a directed acyclie graph, graph vertices by construction each construction project that requires each project implementation time between weights as a graph. It is to calculate the duration of one of the most effective graphical tool. Class C ＋ ＋ language using the graphical tools designed algorithm for the use of computers to solve period provides a most effective and useful way.
