摘  要:在跟踪国外二硝酰胺铵(ADN)发展现状及最新动向的基础上,综述了ADN合成与制备工艺、球形化技术发展、ADN应用研究及最新进展;分析了国外解决ADN吸湿性的技术途径及ADN推进剂配方;指出ADN未来发展应关注以下方面:新型结晶造粒及后处理工艺已成为改进ADN应用性能且实现规模化生产的关键因素;开发高效的ADN合成路线和提高生产规模是降低ADN成本的重要手段;解决吸湿性问题对ADN应用的制约。附参考文献18篇。On the basis of collecting and investigating a great deal of the foreign development present situation and latest trends of ammonium dinitramide (ADN), the synthesis and preparation technology, prilling process, application research and latest progress of ADN were reviewed. The technical way for solving the hydroscopicity of ADN and high-performance ADN-based propellant formulations were analyzed. The future development of ADN should be paid attention to followings: novel crystal prilling process and after-treatment process have been the key factors of improving the application performance and expanding the production scale of ADN. Developing efficient synthesis routes and enhancing production scale are the important means to decrease the cost of ADN. The constraint of hygroscopicity to the application of ADN should be solved with 18 references.
