摘　　要：以南京地铁二号线某车站办公区为研究对象,通过问卷调查了车站工作人员对车站工作区热环境的主观感受;调查结果显示,车站办公区域内整体热舒适度较好,车站控制室和车控室机房内由于设备发热量大,室内温度较高,工作人员感觉较热;但信号设备房、通风空调电控室、工务值班室、公安值班室和票务室温度较低,工作人员感觉较冷。现场对空调系统冷冻水供回水温度和水流量、空调机组及各房间进出口风速、送回风断面、湿空气温湿度进行了测试,分析了风量及冷量分布,将相关温湿度等参数代入PMVPPD模型来评价各房间内工作人员的热舒适度,计算得出车站办公区域热舒适度指标与问卷统计结果基本吻合。由于研究中选取的车站办公区具有一定的代表性,测试的结果适用于该地区其他的地铁车站办公区热舒适的评估。An office area in a station of Nanjing Metro Line 2 was studied in this paper. By questionnaire the station staff on the station workspace thermal environment subjective feelings; The subjective feelings about thermal environment of the station staff on the station workspace was surveyed by the questionnaires. The survey found that the overall thermal comfort inside the station office area was comfortable; Because of the large amount of heat given by the equipment in the station control room and in generator room of the station control room, the temperature in these rooms was high and the staff felt a little hot in these rooms. The temperature in signal equipment room, ventilation and air conditioning electrical control room, public works duty room, police duty room and ticket room was low and the staff felt a little cold in these rooms. The water flow and return water temperature of chilled water for air conditioning systems, air conditioning units, the wind speed of the import and export in each room, the air supply and return section, temperature and humidity of the wet air was tested. The air flow and the cold quantity distribution was analyzed. The relevant parameters such as temperature and humidity was taken into PMV-PPD model to evaluate the thermal comfort of staff in each room, The calculated thermal comfort index in station office area which was basically consistent with the questionnaire results. Since the selected station office in this study has a certain representation. Test results were applicable to the thermal comfort analysis of metro station workspace in this area.
