摘　　要：目的 评价面部表情量表对慢性非特异性下背痛患者疼痛管理的作用.方法 选取2013年1月至2013年10月就诊的60例患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例.实验组在对照组的基础上使用面部表情量表,对两组患者护理服务满意度、医生对护理工作的满意度进行观察和比较.结果 实验组护理服务满意度中的患者受关注程度、疼痛处置及时性、疼痛知识宣教及医生对护理工作满意度中的医护间合作、疼痛观察及时性、护理工作落实情况明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 面部表情量表的应用能明显提高服务满意度及更直观的疼痛评估.Objective To evaluate the effect of facial expression amount chart on managing chronic non-specific backache-sufferers.Methods We selected 60 cases of patients from January 2013 to October 2013,and divided them into two groups,namely,experiment group and comparison group,with 30 cases in each group.The experiment group used the facial expression amount chart on the basis of comparison group,and then made an observation and comparison about patients＇ degree of satisfaction of care service and the doctors＇ degree of satisfaction towards the care work between the two groups.Results The patients＇ degree of attention by others,the promptness of dealing with ache,as well as the dissemination and teaching of ache knowledge in the degree of satisfaction of nursing service from the experiment group obviously better than that of comparison group.In addition,medical and nursing cooperation,the promptness of aching observation,and the execution of nursing work in the doctors＇ degree of satisfaction towards the nursing work was also evidently better than that of comparison group,showing the statistical significant difference （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The application of facial expression amount chart can improve the degree of satisfaction of service strikingly and provide more visual ache evaluation.
