四黄水蜜外敷与红外线治疗机械性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中药四黄水蜜外敷联合神灯照射治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎的临床疗效.方法 收集我院血液科2012年1月至2013年12月行PICC置管的患者共134例,对置管后出现不同程度的机械性静脉炎的21例患者使用中药四黄水蜜外敷联合红外线照射一个疗程后进行疗效观察.结果 21例发生机械性静脉炎患者经过一个疗程治疗后治愈率达到76.19％,无发生其它不良反应.结论 中药四黄水蜜外敷联合红外线照射能有效治疗血液肿瘤患者PICC所致机械性静脉炎.Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of combination therapy of Sihuangshuimi and ultrared radiation in treating peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）-caused-phlebitis.Methods We collected 134 patients admitted in hematology department of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013,PICC-caused-phlebitis had happened in 21 of the total 134 cases,and they were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Sihuangshuimi external application plus radiation therapy as a course of treatment,then the curative effect was observed.Result After a course of treatment,21 cases （76.19％） was effective without any other adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination therapy of Sihuangshuimi and ultrared radiation is effective to PICC-caused-phlebitis in hematological malignancy patients.
