摘　　要：以不同环氧树脂复配体系作为基料树脂,选用固化速度快的腰果酚酚醛胺为固化剂,并搭配适量的颜填料,制备了一种适用于工程机械流水线涂装的双组分厚浆快干环氧涂料.该涂料施工性良好,单道涂层厚度可达400 μm,在60℃加热过程中干燥速度快,30 ～ 40 min漆膜达到可以进行原子灰修补的硬度,且机械性能优良,防腐性能优异,配套性良好,满足工程机械流水线涂装工艺和产品防腐性能的要求,大大提高了涂装线的作业效率.High-build rapid cure epoxy coating was prepared by various of epoxy resins, fast drying agentcomposed of cardanol phenolic amine, and appropriate amount of pigments and fillers. The coating wasapplied for pipeline coating of construction machinery, and exhibited good constructability, such as singlecoat thickness up to 400 μm, 30- 40 min reaching the hardness to patch putty under the conditions ofheating at 60 ℃ and good copatibility with topcoat. Operating efficiency of the pipeline coating line ofconstruction machinery would be greatly increased by utilizing the coating with excellent mechanicalproperties and corrosion resistance.
