摘 要:文章采用不同剂量的铜离子辐照,研究了WS2纳米管的辐照损伤行为。结果表明:WS2纳米管受铜离子辐照的损伤非常明显;当辐照剂量为1015 ions/cm2时,WS2纳米管只有表面层被破坏;当辐照剂量达到1016 ions/cm2时,WS2纳米管一定深度的管壁都遭到了破坏,形成的溅射层由W原子和S原子组成,并且W原子数量多于S原子;1017 ions/cm2剂量辐照下的WS2纳米管被彻底破坏,显示不出管状结构。实验发现,经铜离子辐照后,纳米管表面可产生许多活性强的悬挂键,纳米管活性增强,在辐照提供的能量下,可与环境中的氧发生化学反应生成WO3,且WO3的摩尔分数随着辐照剂量的增加而增加。With the irradiation dose of 0 ,1015 ,1016 and 1017 ions/cm2 respectively ,the copper ion irra-diation damage characteristics of WS2 nanotubes were investigated .The results show that WS2 nano-tubes are damaged more seriously with higher irradiation doses . When the irradiation dose is 1015 ions/cm2 ,only the surface layers of WS2 nanotubes are damaged .When the irradiation dose in-creases to 1016 ions/cm2 ,the tube walls of WS2 nanotubes are all damaged to a certain depth ,and their sputtered layers are composed of W atoms and S atoms ,in w hich the number of W atoms is larger than that of S atoms .With the irradiation dose of 1017 ions/cm2 ,WS2 nanotubes are completely de-stroyed and their basic tubular structure is lost .Many atoms with dangling bonds are found at the edge portion of the WS2 nanotubes ,thus increasing surface activity of the WS2 nanotubes .Besides , WO3 is found after the copper ion irradiation which can provide sufficient energy to make WS 2 react with oxygen ,and the mole fraction of WO3 increases with the increase of irradiation dose .
