摘　　要：发展交通,投资是关键。20世纪80年代后,随着我国公路运输需求剧增和交通行为的变化,我国开始步入高速公路发展阶段。由于高速公路项目建造周期长、资本投入大、专业技术性强、产业链复杂、项目投融资政策法规的不完善及投融资专业指导的缺乏,所以必然对一些建设不能面面俱到,这就需要企业力量的参与。而越来越多有实力的企业开始尝试BOT项目,随着BOT融资方式的日臻成熟必将成为中国经济发展不可或缺的重要支撑。Investment is the key in the development of traffic. After 80s of the Twentieth Century, with China＇s increasing demand for road transport and the changes of traffic behavior, China has started to enter the expressway development stage. Due to the long term of theexpressway construction cycle, large capital investment, strong technicality, complex industrial chain, imperfect project investment and financing policies and regulations and lack of professional guidance for investment and financing, so some construction inevitably can not beexhaustive, and it requires the participation of enterprise. Now more and more enterprises begin to try the BOT project. With the maturity of BOT financing mode, it will become an important support of economic development in China.
