摘　　要：本文以江苏省淮安市清河区为研究对象,从宏观政策和微观发展路径层面对区域特色创意群体的建设进行探索,旨在为产业建设提供多维的区域化决策依据。Taking Qinghe District, Huaian City of Jiangsu Province as the research object, this paper explores the construction of regional characteristics creative groups from the aspects of macro policies and micro development path, aiming to provide muhidimensional regionalization decision-making basis of for industry construction.
