摘　　要：介绍一种新型防水透湿转印膜的印花加工工艺,考察丝素用量、防水剂用量、交联剂用量、印花焙烘条件对印花织物性能的影响。优化的工艺为:印花浆中丝素用量8%、面层印花浆无醛交联剂用量2%、防水剂用量2.5%、面层印花焙烘温度160℃、焙烘时间90 s。加工产品的表观呈明显凹凸槽,焙烘不起泡,各项性能指标均能满足要求。Printing process of a novel waterproof and moisture permeable grille prints is introduced. The influences of dosages of silk fibroin, waterproofing agent and cross-linking agent and curing condition on printing results are discussed. The optimum printing process is silk fibroin 8%, formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent 2% and waterproofing agent 2.5% in paste and curing at 160 ℃ for 90 s. The product features obvious surface concave and convex in appearance, no foaming during curing and satisfactory printing properties.
