摘　　要：介绍一种基于Window 98/NT环境下ISDN实时语音保密通信的系统解决方案，并在此基础上简要叙述该系统实现中的几项关键技术：多线程、MMX技术和ISDN接口编程。This article discusses a new plan for real-time voice crytical communication system on ISDN line based on Window98/NT. Furthermore, it emphasizes the key techniques on the process of implementing system, such as Multithreading, MMX tech and ISDN interface programming.
