摘  要:针对现有玉米收获机械秸秆粉碎消耗功率过大、收获行距适应性差的问题,以与手扶拖拉机配套的双行玉米联合收获机为研究对象,对整机进行设计研究。本研究对玉米秸秆进行切碎处理,以切碎代替粉碎,有效降低了整机功耗,配套动力为11.03kW。通过横向输送带和纵向夹持链将两行玉米输送到同一对摘穗辊内,提高了整机对玉米行距的适应性,可收获玉米行距为300~800mm。In the straw crushing operation of corn harvest the energy consumption is great,and the row space of the corn harvester is hard to adapt the variable corn row space of the corn. To solve these problems,the existing double rows corn harvester was improved. The corn straw was cut into segments,instead of grinding the corn straw. The energy consumption of the cutting operation is much lower than the grinding operation. Under this condition,the total power of the corn harvester can be reduced to 11. 03 kW. By the help of two belts with horizontal arrangement and two gripping chains with of vertical arrangement,the corn harvester can convey two rows of corn to the same pair of napping rolls,which improves the row space adaptability of the corn harvester.The result of the experiments show that the reliable variation range of the row space can be ranged from 300 mm to 800 mm.
