摘  要:针对小麦清选中吸杂风机转速过高的问题,对旋风分离装置进行了吸杂口偏置的试验研究。通过自行设计吸杂口偏置型旋风分离装置试验台,对旋风分离筒的吸杂口偏移位置进行试验研究,得到了清选效果较优的偏置吸杂口旋转角度和吸杂口偏移距离;选取吸杂风机转速、扬谷器转速、吸杂口直径和出粮口直径作为试验因素,籽粒清洁率和清选损失率为试验指标,通过正交试验确定因素影响主次和最佳水平组合,通过回归试验建立回归数学模型,利用主目标优化法得到最佳参数组合,即较优结构运动参数,为吸杂口偏置型配置到微型小麦联合收获机提供依据。To solve the problem of the fan high rotation speed on the wheat cleaning,cyclone separating device was tested through experiment on off-centered inlet scoop. The better structural parameters of the off-centered inlet scoop rotation angle in conjunction with the inlet scoop offset distance for cleaning effect were found on the self-fabricated test-bed. Selecting rotation speed of fan,rotation speed of winnower,diameter of the inlet scoop,and diameter of the grain export as test factors,the grain cleaning rate and cleaning loss rate were selected as the indexes. The effects of primary and secondary of test factors and the best level combination were obtained from the orthogonal test,and the regression mathematical model was created from regression test. The best parameter combinations,that is the best structural parameters and motion parameters were obtained by the main objective optimization method. The test provides evidence for cyclone separating device based on offcentered inlet scoop collocated on micro-combine harvester of wheat.
