摘  要:锦州25-1南油田位于渤海辽东湾辽西凸起中北段,12in井眼钻穿明化镇组、馆陶组、东营组和沙河街组上部,裸眼井段长达2000m以上,多套压力体系共存。目前钻井过程中主要存在振动筛返砂少、钻屑起泥球、钻进憋卡、短起阻卡以及频繁蹩扭矩、蹩泵压等问题。针对常用的2套钻井液(PEM、PEC)体系,从钻井液的流变性、土般土质量浓度的变化以及测井井径曲线的统计入手进行了分析,为今后钻井液的开发和钻井工艺方案的制定提供了理论依据。JZ25-1SOilfield was located in the central north segment of the western swell of Liaodong Bay of Bohai Area.12in borehole was drilled out in Minghuazhen Formation,Guantao Formation,Dongying Formation and the upper part of Shahejie Formation with the open hole section of 2000 mor more,there existed multiple sets of pressure systems.Currently,some problems were found in drilling process,such as less sand returning from shale shaker,drilling cuttings balling up,sticking,pressure and torque suppression,etc.Two sets of commonly used drilling fluid(PEM,PEC)systems are analyzed from the aspects of drilling fluid rheology,the variation of MBT and the statistics of logging curves.It provides a theoretical basis for the development of drilling fluid and its technical program in the future.
