漱口液对头颈部肿瘤放疗所致口腔黏膜反应的影响

摘　　要：目的评价漱口液对头颈部肿瘤放疗后所致口腔黏膜炎症的影响。方法选择本院收治的80例头颈部肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组患者采用口泰漱口液,观察组患者采用自制漱口液。结果观察组有效率85.0%高于对照组有效率57.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制漱口液具有价格便宜、易于配制以及疗效确切的优点,在头颈部肿瘤患者的放射治疗过程中具有极为重要的预防及治疗作用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of gargle intervention in oral mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy of head and neck cancer. Methods Choosing 80 cases of patients with head and neck cancer as the research object in our hospital and randomly dividing them into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with Koutai gargle. The observation group were treated by selfmade gargle. Results The efficiency of the observation group（85%） was higher than control group（57.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Homemade gargle has the advantages of low cost, easy to prepare and definite effect. Homemade gargle has important preventive and therapeutic effect, in the process of radiation treatment in patients with head and neck cancer.
