氟伐他汀钠缓释片对高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度影响的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察研究氟伐他汀钠缓释片对高血压病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响。方法选择96例经颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查,明确有颈动脉内中膜增厚的高血压病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。结果两组患者用药前后对比,药物组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、颈动脉内中膜厚度间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀钠缓释片可以降低高血压病患者血脂水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度。Objective To observe the effect of fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets on carotid intima-media thickness in patients with essential hypertension. Methods From November 2012 to July 2013, 96 cases of patients were done neck vascular color doppler ultrasound to clear with definite intima media thickness, and then were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Results Comparison with two groups of patients before and after medication, the differences have statistical significance of carotid artery intima-media thickness, the difference has statistical significance among total cholesterol drug group（TC）, glycerin three fat（TG）, high density lipoprotein（HDL-C）, low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） and carotid intima-media thickness（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fluvastatin sodium extended release tablets can reduce hypertension patients with blood lipid level and carotid artery intima-media thickness.
