100例针灸配合中药擦剂治疗腰椎骨质增生症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合中药擦剂治疗腰椎骨质增生症的临床效果。方法对本院接收治疗的100例腰椎骨质增生症患者资料进行分析,根据患者入院时间顺序分为两组,每组有50例患者。对照组采用针灸和推拿手法治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合中药擦剂治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果等指标。结果实验组患者缓解时间为(2.3±0.5)d、消失时间为(32.5±12.3)d优于对照组患者(P<0.05);患者治疗后住院时间为(2.6±0.4)d且患者治疗后复发人数为2(5%)优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎骨质增生症患者采用针灸配合中药擦剂治疗效果较好,能够有效的改善患者症状,缓解患者病情,值得推广使用。Objective To study the clinical effect of acupuncture and Chinese medicine embrocation for the treatment of lumbar bone hyperplasia. Methods From January 2010 to December 2013, 100 cases of lumbar bone hyperplasia were analyzed, and the data are divided into two groups according to the patients in hospital time order, 50 patients in each group. Control group treated by acupuncture and massage, the experimental group in the control group on the basis of combined therapy with Chinese medicine liniment, comparing two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect. Results Relieve time of experimental group patients was（2.3±0.5）days, disappear time was（32.5±12.3）days, which was better than control group patients（P〈0.05）; length of hospital stay after treatment was（2.6±0.4）days and the number of patients with recurrence after treatment was superior to that in the control group2（5%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinically, acupuncture and Chinese medicine liniment have a good effect in the treatment of patients with lumbar bone hyperplasia and can effectively improve symptoms, alleviatepatients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
